Just an insight on core support cutting to make removeable.  Cut the core support as wide as you can the first time.  A narrow opening is all most as good as no opening.

Good call.

Are thes mounts designed for the 240SX KA or SR?  Or will they work with a truck KA as well?

The truck and 240sx KA's have the same block pattern.

The SR20 is a different animal all together, not sure if was ever used in a truck.

Whenever I think that I'm out of my mind for putting this much time and money into an old Datsun, all I have to do is look some of your threads to know that I'm not nearly as whack as you are.

You're going to skin a few knuckles, stand up too fast and bump your head, hunt around the floor for the nuts and bolts you dropped, invent a few new cuss words and when you're finished you'll say "That wasn't so hard after all!"

Thank you Redeye I have the opportunity to pickup both Hardbody and 240SX KA engines.  I will probably get both eventually to learn the differences and similarities..
